Have yet to do a capacity test but so far these cells perform well. I only gave them 500ma and was getting IR readings from 7 to 13 ohms. I think if I'd given them more current the IR readings would have been lower.

For me it was worth it to spend a few extra pennies and get higher capacity cells. YMMV.
