Very easy to install. Balance all cells prior to install as stated in the limited youtube videos. Took me about 2 days charging them from 2.8V to roughly 3.1V. My 8P came with a LCD screen balancer which is nice. I did have one cell with no threads but a tap fixed that with cautious.

Performance, I currently have only roughly 2500w RMS clamped amplifier and it doesn't even tickle this setup. It's matched up with a 370A alternator charging around 15.2-15.5V and is running my whole vehicle. Max voltage drop i've seen is maybe 0.3V MAX. Future plans are a pair of NSV6 15s with a Big Boss 8K.
