Out of the 24 cells, 6 of them wasn't tapped with threads at all, and another 6 of the ones that were tapped, the mating surface wasn't flat, so when they got screwed to the bus bars, they sat crooked. The balancer was also faulty and the screen gets crazy hot. Haven't been able to resolve any of this with customer service because apparently they went on vacation, so even if they do have good customer service, it will be a half of a month before any issues get resolved. Needless to say, I'm definitely not the happiest customer.
Because of the crazy 1/2 of a month wait for them to get back from vacation, I decided to take the 6 un-threaded cells and the other 6 un-flat cells to my local machine shop to have 6 of them lapped to a flat surface and the other 6 threaded, which costed me $140 to fix the cells so they are usable. There wasn't any hardware to hook wires up to the finished bank either, so I had to go to the hardware store and buy $15 worth of nuts, bolts, and washers to connect lugs to the battery bank.
I sent Sriko an email, but have yet to get a response.
I have yet to purchase a replacement balancer because I havent had the money, so essentially, the whole bank is absolutely useless to me so far and was a big waste of money.
If their customer service eventually somehow makes this right, I will update my review accordingly, but for now, I highly recommend against this purchase.
