Really good stand strong will buy more

I recently purchased this battery bank. I was received a phone call saying that they only had 20ah cells in stock and they could be sent out and I would be refunded the difference. I said this was okay and haven’t been able to contact back after multiple emails and a two voicemails all left on business days in normal working hours. The cells I received were in good condition but were 20ah cells and not 10ah cells as stated and I was never given a refund for this exchange in cells that I was told after speaking with the owner Kondula.
